SXC Health Solutions Corp. (USA) (NASDAQ:SXCI) notched 9.67% to $45.60 with a massive volume of 2.30 million shares in the early hours of the opening trade. The stock also today created a new 52 week high of $46.80. Yesterday, September 17, 2009 SXC Health Solutions, Corp. announced the pricing of its previously announced public offering of common shares. Under the offering, SXC will sell 4,500,000 common shares at a price to the public of $41.50 per share.
