Sunair Services Corp. (AMEX:SNR) jumped 43.71% or $0.81 to $2.65 with a huge volume of 716k shares in the early morning trade. The stock today also created a new 52 week high of $2.65. Today September 29, 2009 Sunair Services Corp. announced that it has entered into a definitive merger agreement with Massey Services, Inc. (Massey) pursuant to which Massey would acquire all of the outstanding common stock of Sunair Services Corp. in an all-cash transaction valued at $2.75 per share
