Discovery Laboratories, Inc. (NASDAQ:DSCO) is the largest volume gainer and amongst the top percentage gainers in the early few minutes of the opening trade. The stock jumped 29.72% to $1.44 with a massive unusual volume of 10.58 million shares compared to a daily average trading of 2.50 million shares. Today September 30, 2009 the company said that U.S. health regulators agreed upon its proposed program to resolve questions about the company's experimental lung drug……………………..
